We currently ship all our products exclusively to the United States & Saudi Arabia.

2. Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

   Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

   If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

3. Shipping Estimates & Costs

    Estimated Delivery Time: 7-15 business days (depending on your location in the USA).

    Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders across the USA.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Pure_Path Kitchen is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at mdfeudous394@gmail.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
